*Short and chubby, long hair and beard, dresses very much like a hippy.
*It is difficult to single out any one of Bill's qualities - largely because he hasn't really got any
*Used to ba fat, and was very cosy to sit on
*Now not so fat, but being sat on is till probably his best use
*Very good at frightening people away. Also sings (which frightens people away)

*Impersonates Old English Sheepdogs
*If you call at the office Bill is the one who will bite your ankles
