yeah well...
thought i'd let you know i'm still alive and share some of my plans for the next few weeks... and the super exciting things i have done in the past few weeks.... hmmmm let me think about this one...
well... as of the 1st of November i will no longer be working at Southern Water or living in Brighton... however.... because Sydney Water is being the typical Sydney Water that i know and almost love... i am not sure when i will be leaving loverly freezing windy cloudy England for Paris...
Thus, on the 1st of November, i am not sure where i will be living....
I have some tentative plans to visit a few places in England that I haven't seen or purchased a snow globe from... ie. Blackpool, Liverpool, Nottingham... and some places semi close to there... also i will be going and spending some more time in Edinburgh and Dublin (although i vaguely remember saying that one before)..
Well.... just got back from yet another weekend up in Preston... oh my jeebus was it cold... went to watch Lee and Smiley (well just Lee really, Smiley doesn't seem to ever get a game) play football.... i was wearing 4 layers and I was still compleltely freezing and my feet went so numb that walking felt totally bizzare... it was the second coldest i have ever been.... second to sleeping in a tent in a field in ireland (in "summer")...
Previous to the fabulous train trip to Preston, I dragged myself to Australia House in London to vote.... lot of that good that did! How could people actually vote for that nong of a man?
Anyway... enough of that.
cant really say anything else outstandingly exciting has happened... saw the Super Furries at the Royal Festival Hall... drinking dancing fun with Jamie at a dodgy club next to the beach... got pestered by a filthy student... still amazed that they can show boobies in newspapers but cant say sh!t on the radio... hurrah!
um..... well... right now i'm taking any kind donations of thermal underwear
probably should go now... gonna buy the paper (mmm boobies) and go home and have a nice cuppatea and wait for Jamie to finish work so he can cook me dinner.... yay!
