Melodic, evil, straight-up asskicking U.S. Black Metal from Duluth,Mn. That's how I describe the Satanic wrecking ball known as Cenarium. Lead guitarist/vocalist, Case Hutchinson, is a 6-string genius, and one listen to this 3 song demo will back that up. The opening track "From The Ashes" gets played in my stereo at least once a day. It's one of those songs that will be stuck in your head while your taking a shit or doing your daily chores. Track 2 is an unbelievable cover of "Phantom Of The Opera," which features some amazing guest female vocals. Track 3 ,"Nyarlathotep," has a bit of a Thrash sound combined with Black Metal. All 3 tracks also contain a hint of Classical music which makes this demo a very interesting listen. I was an instant fan the first time I heard Case play guitar. The man is a fucking guitar god!!!
