ABOUT ME
I met Ed while he was stationed with the U.S. Army in my hometown, Heidelberg, Germany. I would take in laundry to supplement the family's income; I did Ed's laundry, and then continued doing his laundry for the next 49 years! This is me, shortly after I arrived in the U.S. in 1953.
Ed and our son, Jim, enjoy a good laugh on the rocky trip to the U.S.
Four years later, our daughter Kathy was born. She still has her German-made doll, Susie --- and also named her daughter Susie!

Kathy's family: Susan, Kathy, husband David, and Daniel
Gardening is my "thing"
My faithful companion and protector, Bernie.
