For this one I did basically the same as before, except the texture, as you can see is blue and purple. Then I added trails with smudge and smoothed it. Then of course I added the roster in the top left and my name in the bottom left. Wasn't hard at all. I thought about adding some texture effects to the (CES) part but decided against it for sheer simplicity.
Just some info on this: It was done entirely with Paint Shop Pro (duh, that's what I have). I basically took a texture that fades from red to yellow and stuck it on (CES) in the "Viner Hand ITC" font. Then I stuck the texture effect "Soft Plastic" over it. I then applied the colored foil effect on the edges. For the top left I basically made some random blotches of red, orange and yellow, used smudge to make tails, then smoothed it out. Then I did the same as before. Plastic, then foil. It was very easy actually. Then I jsut stuck in some random things here and there. I think it turned out pretty good for just randomness. :P
