X - TIE BREAKERS
A) Tie Games - In the event that two teams playing each other end up with the same score, the team that is listed as the home team on the schedule will be declared the winner.

B) Standings Ties - If two or more teams in the standings have the same Win-Loss record, then the following rules will determine which team is higher in the standings:

1) If only two teams are tied, then the first tie breaker is head to head record in games played against each other.  The team with the superior record in those games is higher in the standings.  If the two teams are still tied after this comparison, then the better team is the one with the greater number of total points scored during the season.  If the teams are still tied after this, and it is necessary to determine which is higher in the standings (such as at Supplemental Draft time or in the Final Standings), then a coin will be tossed by the Commissioner, unless the Commissioner is involved in the tie, in which case another uninvolved owner will be chosen to toss the coin.

2) If three or more teams are involved in a tie, then the tie will be broken in the following sequence.  First, if any one of the tied teams has a superior head to head record against all the other teams tied, then that team will be the better in the standings.  Also, if any of the tied teams has an inferior head to head record to all other tied teams, then that team will be the worst in the standings of the tied teams.  If any teams are removed from the tie by this first step, the tie breaker reverts to the first step in the appropriate tie breaker.  After this comparison, any remaining teams will be ranked based on total points scored during the season, the highest scoring being the better in the standings.  If, after all this, there remains a tie, the Commissioner shall devise a fair coin toss method for breaking the tie, depending on the number of teams involved.  If the Commissioner is involved in the tie, then an uninvolved team owner will handle this duty.
