<Excerpt from the journal of Vizzul VileBile, leader, Blight of the Lost>

After crawling throughout this cursed place for the last several weeks, I had finally been granted a stroke of fortune. After narrowly escaping the Witchunters, my warband traveled on in search of the noxious Sisters that had so soundly defeated my warriors.
We captured and interrogated a young human maiden yesterday eve. She was most helpful and pointed us in the direction of a trove of the precious warpstone. She screamed out exact directions so we were for sure not get lost.
We happened upon the area she described and found it darkened by the setting sun. I knew that we were in our element and I had no misgivings about retrieving the stones. At that time, my scout had returned with wondrous news. The Sisters warband was forming up on the other side of the town square. I was delighted and immediately deployed my warband in the Rat�s Jaw formation. I felt confident in strength of numbers that I would defeat them. As I began to give kill orders, Mekikina reminded me that warpstone must be first on our list. I acceded to this... for the scout had indicated that there were three shards lying out in the open.
I dispersed four of my Skaven to the north side, they were to attain cover and secure an area from which they could fire upon our enemies. I sent Jykobi (Claw Master) and two spears to the south, more as an attempt to convince them I was splitting my forces. I, Vizzul lead the remainder of the band up the middle.
The three stones were located in the center of the square. One, I could see glinting out from inside a ruined well. The other was placed precariously on top of a column. The third was on the second floor of an abandoned building in the center. I lead my forces towards the two centermost stones, using cover although I knew we had surprised them and were out of their range. As a little surprise, I sent Nyoki to the top of a ruined tower with his new toy. He had procured a man-thing crossbow and had been practicing with it all week. I knew that would surprise them. My North group seized a building midway between the Sisters and us. Jykobi climbed to the top of the column and retrieved the first stone.
The Sisters responded quickly, I saw one of them take position in an upper floor to provide covering fire. The other sluts formed up in a phalanx and approached us.
Jykobi leapt off the column and I ordered him to safeguard the stone, he refused and gave the stone to a spear-rat and headed off to the South side accompanied by another spear. I quickly climbed the wall of the building before me and secured the stone by leaping off of it. By that time, the remainder of my group had joined me in cover. I sent an additional spear-rat towards the South in order to get a shot at any Sisters making for the well. My North group secured the building and two moved forward to come to the corner of the building. Nyoki screamed to me that it was a HALFLING in the building across from him and that he had missed him.
The Sisters moved quickly and secured the stone, the laden bitch running back and exchanging the shard with another Sister who traveled behind the main building. I saw this and noted it, I gestured to Jykobi and he smiled at me, I knew he understood my intentions. The remainder of the Sisters stood their ground except for three who moved in to the cover of small ruined tenement, coming closer to my North group. I indicated for one of my swords to warn them. All of a sudden three sisters broke off from the main group and circled towards the North group.
A cry from the main Sisters group indicated that Nyoki had scored with his new toy! I saw a Sisters struggling with a bolt in her thigh.
Jykobi had flanked around and was moving out behind the building, his spear-rat was close behind and I sent Mekikina to support them (his bad leg wound not bothering him for once). I ordered my North group to take up firing positions and they did so, one scored a glancing hit to a Sister.
The Sisters continued to move in towards the North group, my rats reported that they could no longer see three of them including the mysterious robed one. I felt no fear at this. Jykobi reported that flanking behind the building they had succeeded in forcing the shard carrying Sister to take cover in the ruined building�s upper floor. He was a bit anxious, I admit and ran to the remaining sister... a flash of green light indicated that a hit had been scored on his Horned Charm. He, Mekikina and a spear-rat were under fire from the upper floor.
Meanwhile, my North group had come under fire from the advancing Sisters. They had exchanged a volley of stones, to no avail, when bloody combat ensued between two of my rats and one of the Sisters. The Sister fought bravely and managed to hold off the two rats momentarily. Nyoki scored a deadly hit on one of the Sisters, her death forcing the others to take cover.
I scurried to a support position and ordered the others to hold, I saw no need in endangering more lives when the stones were almost all in my possession. Jykobi�s claws proved the end for that Sister... I could see the blood splashing from across the courtyard. Mekikina ran forth and began to scale the building from the South side wall. Another Sister began to move towards the building and I ordered Jykobi to scale the North wall to secure the stone. Nyoki kept the halfling pinned down with crossbow bolts. Unfortunately, the delay in the death of the Sister battling my two rats allowed the three hidden Sisters to charge them. My sword-rats fought valiantly but could not hold out against their jagged bloody whips! I saw them feebly attempting to parry the flashing steel and earning only slashed hands and arms. With the shard to be soon in my hands, I recalled all the other rats leaving the sword-rats to their fate. They were Clan Eshin, they would die heroes!
Jykobi quickly scaled the north wall and shredded the Sister with the shard! The brief battle was nothing to our Claw Master!! Mekikina began to scale the south wall in order to occupy the halfling.
Shouts of victory came from the Sisters five of them including the robed one slashed two of my sword-rats to pieces. Stupid humans, didn�t they know the true victor here would leave with the stones! How invigorating... two of my novice sword-rats battling five Sisters blessed in the Light. If all humans fought like them, our master race shall have no trouble laying low the empire of man.
As the stupid Sisters cheered their supposed victory, Mekikina and Jykobi converged on the halfling and ripped him into bloody chunks of hamburger. Exultant, they began to turn on the Sisters remaining! The Sisters, looking around noticed that they had been outflanked, outfought and robbed... like curs they ran from out horde!!
We have done it!! Revenge for my warband has been completed... I bear the Halflings head as part of our booty and the sight of those holy wenches running for their lives is sweetness to mine eyes. The Skaven have arisen and shall come forth upon this world as a blight such as has never been seen before...
We have decided to make our way back to the tunnel for some free-time. However, we must pass through the Undead territory yet again... and Mekikina is hungry for revenge for his aching wound.
