Planar mancatcher gives +2 to hit, attacking against AC 10 + dexterity.  It does 1-2 damage/round if victim struggles. 25% victim will fall.  Victim can break free with a bend bars roll, but takes 1-2 damage from the attempt. Any attempt to plane shift causes 1-10 damage, damage being cumulative for the chance to be knocked unconscious if continual attempts are made.
