Incident: After discussion with Griffin and the attacked Mercykiller guard, and questioning of Boredumus, and taking into account Boredumus' actions as we journeyed through the Maze, I believe that he should not receive the maximum sentence for attacking the Mercykiller. All accounts show that Boredumus made one poorly executed atack, then ran away and turned invisible.

Update: Boredumus was brought before the Judge and charged with attempted assault. Bail was set for 1000 gp.
