Kildare County's hard working defender Mark Hutchison has had his contract terminated by mutual consent between the player and the club. Former Sligo Rovers star Hutchison took this decision because of the amount of travel he was having to undergo in order to attend training sessions with Dermot Keely's club. Edinburgh born Hutchison made 13 appearances for Kildare County this season, playing on the left and in the centre. Hutchison currently resides in Sligo, and it is rumoured that he may return to the club he played for in 2001 and 2002. Hutchison will be missed around the Station Road terraces but the acquisition of Cork City's Gareth Cronin makes his departure easier to swallow. |
