Journal Arhcive
May 9, 2003- Later

Well, it appears I have completely filled the first "Journal" page, and must now begin anew. This is irritating, but not discouraging. If anyone should wish to view the old entries, I have provided a link at the bottom of this page.

At the moment I am overly tired, not precisely 'sedated' as earlier, but notably more sluggish. This day has been taxing, but not in an altogether negative way. I have updated and revamped many areas of the site, and it is my hope to progress even farther with the Literary section, and the Gallery.

On a more personal note, I was delighted to discover sitting on my doorstep this afternoon a book I ordered a few days ago from Barnes and Noble. It is titled:
With the British Army in Philadelphia: 1777-1778, and written by John W. Jackson; I am quite eager to indulge in its contents, but I shall refrain until my nescessary duties have been completed.

I have resolved to manage my funds in such a way that the purchase of a color scanner, digital camera, and Photoshop Album are convievably possible. This will be quite a chore for me, but I am firm. I wish I could give to this endeavor an approximate frame of time, but I fear that is impossible. Nevertheless, I shall prevail victorious!...Eventually.

My, my, it has been a bit of time, hasn't it? Rest easy, I have not forgotten my efforts here, merely paused them. Life, it seems, has other plans for me at the moment, but I have stolen a moment for myself to update. Today my fiction "Disbelief" appeared, complete, in the
Library. I urge you to read although it is undeniably not my best work. It's brevity and lack of plot were the result of a time-constraint placed on the project. All will be explained in my notes, located in the story's header. If you have wish to contact me and relate to me you feelings on my work, I implore you, please do so. I would be thrilled to read and respond to your emails.

I am, at the moment, creating a new piece, as of yet untitled. I do not wish to reveal a complete summary, but I will say that it focuses on Maglor Feanor's son, and Nienna of the Valar. I must thank Sasha for editing and for setting aside time in her schedule to sit with me for revision. I am much in debt! I hope to have it completed and posted within the next month, but with the progression of life lately, one may never hope to presume the future. Ironic that so few days ago I commenced the writing of this Journal complaining of my existence, it consisting of utter boredom and tedium.

Until next time...

There is something, I cannot explain what it is; mayhaps it floats unnoticed in the air only to be breathed by some unwitting person, and then it intoxicates the mind with sensuality and thoughts of desire. This is what I swear has happened to me. Or it could be the story I have finished editing that concerns the aforementioned ideas. I know not. Now I am drunk on promises of love unbound, and of sexuality hidden deep in the blackest night. I ramble with thought, yet some things are painfully clear. O, this night I see what beauty lies in man.
