After the success of the international
Space Station, the greatest scientists
and leaders on Earth saw first hand
what they could do with the countries
working together. This began a whole slew
of projects under the idea of working
together. The countries built many wonders
and obelisks together, pooling all their resources
and technology to make greater and greater
things, uniting it all into the International Projects
Agency.
The greatest of these achievements was
the invention of "DNA Hacking"- Most closesly
resembling cloning. This system allowed scientists
to control every aspect of the human body. From person's
vision to their reflexes, even their personality to some extent.

However, the National Board of Human Welfare rejected the idea of DNA Hacking because of the lack of proper testing. Claiming that due to safety reasons they would not allow scienists to use the process on human beings until proper testing had ben undergone. This of course was a minor setback to the scientists of IPA. They decided that they should start back from scratch and work their way up. The result of this was the creation of a cell nucleus. They added DNA and within the nucleus they structed and restructered the chromosomes.

Though the scientist's goal in the beginning was to prove
that it worked and was safe, they never expected what would happen next.

A day later one of the scientists came in with some startling
news. The original cell had split, and there were now two.
Over the next few weeks the researchers watched the
cell carefully as it kept doubling size every week. After a month it was clear it was becoming a life form, but what it was exactly was still unclear. Another month past and it began looking more humanoid, leading scientists to believe it was human. DNA testing confirmed this suspicion. Once they knew what it was they would not let it go, not this opportunity.

They  increased the security higher than it already had been and withdrew to work on the new humanto perfect it. The plan was simple, watch the development and change around the DNA so it turned out the way they wanted it, to be a perfect human. Using what they already knew it was simple to put the DNA in the proper positions. Now all they had to do was watch.

A few months later a certain military official had came to visit. He had heard about the fetus and wanted to see it for himself. This military official was General Tsu Hanada. He was interested in military implications and fighting abilities of perfect humans, and decided he wanted the fetus for his own purposes. Of course the group refused to turn over the fetus for a while, until General Tsu threatened to expose what they were doing to the NBHW. A compromise was reached. The experiment would remain in the lab, but the general may do as he wish with it. Then weeks before its development was finished, it was fed information directly into its spinal cord via computer. This information was all battle records and flight informationfor the newbly built Mobile Suit Units the military was planning on using. Not only that but it was also fed information on fighting styles used by the military, and the proper use of several forms of weapons.

After the fetus awakened, it seemed strangely distant from people. Not like a regular infant would act. It always seemed to have a glazed over look in its eyes. The scientists dubbed the experiment a failure due to the generals intervention, and also assumed that their tampering with it had made the infant permanently brain damaged. Before much else could be done with it the war broke out. Resources were pulled out and IPA was disbanded along with the countries peace. The infant ended up vanishing sometime while the lab was being destroyed, and no one had seen it since.

Sixteen years later, a boy wakes up from among the wreckage. He has known his whole life to see what appears to  be people walking around his home. He decides to follow them...
