March 31st: The Mariners beat LA 6-3 in their final ST game. March 30th: The Mariners are back at Safeco! They beat the Pad's 6-1. March 29th: The Mariners lose to the Padres 3-1 March 28th: The Mariners lose to the Padres 7-4. March 27th: The Mariners lose 4-1 to the Padres. March 26th: Anaheim was just another victim of the Mariners machine. They beat the Angels 10-6. March 25th: The Mariners get beat by Colorado 3-1. March 24th: The Mariners beat the Cubs 6-3. March 23rd: M's beat Milwauke 5-4! March 22nd: The Mariners lost to Arizona 10-3, Gerald Perry got ejected, and Muhammad Ali visited the Mariners in the clubhouse before the game. March 21st: The Mariners beat Oakland 5-2. March 20th: The Mariners beat the Cubs 9-4. Edgar hit 2 homers, and Cammie is back! March 18th: Colorado beat the Mariners 6-1. Lou PIniella and Paul Abbott both returned to their homes to visit their ill fathers. March 17th: The Mariners lose 22-5 against Milwauke and 3-1 against Oakland. March 16th: The Mariners beat San Diego 10-6 in Spring Training PLay. March 15th: SF beats the mariners 9-1. March 14th: SF beats the Mariners 5-4. David Bell hit a homerun. March 13th: The Mariners beat the White Sox 11-4.. Boonie hit a homer! Sorry.. "The Boone" March 12th: The big unit pitched great and beat the Mariners 6-1. March 11th: Cammy hit a homerun to help the Mariners beat the White Sox 7-5. March 10th: In a day of split squads, the Mariners beat Colorado 7-4, and lost to Milwauke 11-8. March 9th: Oakland beat the Mariners 4-2. March 8th: Paul Abbott homered en route to a Mariners 13-8 win over the San Fransico Giants. March 7th: The Mariners beat the Cubs 5-2 in Spring Training play, as Ruben Sierra hit the MAriners first Spring Training homerun. It was about time!! March 6th: The Mariners lost 5-3 against Anaheim.. boo! March 5th: The Mariners beat the Padres 6, of 7-4.. I can't remember! March 4th: The Mariners lose in extra innings against Oakland 6-5. March 3rd: The Mariners lose against the Padres 12-0, only Ichiro got a hit.. infact he had 2!! March 2nd: The Mariners win a Spring Training game!! 7-4 against the Pad's, yay!! March 1st: The Mariners get beaten 15-2 by the Anaheim Angels in their first Spring Training game. February 28th:The M's kick off S.T. with a 10-9 loss against the Pad's in their annual chartiy game. February 22nd: Pitching prospect Jeff Haeverlo suffered an arm injury and will be out for the whole season. He is to have surgery sometime next week. February 14th: Spring Training starts! February 12th: Paul Abbot signs a 1 year $3.425 million dollar contract. February 8th: The Mariners release LHP Norm Charlton. January 10th: Mariners sign reliever Shigetoshi Hasegawa to a one year contract. December 26th: Ruben Sierra signs with the Mariners. December 20th: Bret Boone and David Bell accept arbitration. December 19th: Jay Buhner retires :-( December 15th: Mariners trade Jose Paniagua, Denny Stark and Brian Fuentes for Jeff Cirillo. December 11th: Tom Lampkin, Ramon Vazquez and Bret Tomko are traded to San Diego for Ben Davis, Wascar Serrano and Alex Arias. December 6th: Mark McLemore signs a 2 year contract with the Mariners. November 6th: Mike Cameron and Ichiro win Gold Gloves. October 26th: Ichiro, Edgar and Bret Boone win Silver Slugger Awards. October 20th: Ichiro named AL MVP of the year! Bret Boone finished 3rd. October 15th: Lou Piniella named AL Manager of the year! Way to go Lou! And, Brett Tomko signed a 1 year deal with the Mariners worth $1.1 million. October 12th: Ichiro named AL Rookie of the year! He recieved 27 of the 28 first place votes! October 31st: The Mariners lost to the Yankees :( They are out of the playoffs :( Theres always next year!! October 15th: The Mariners defeated Cleveland 3-1 to move onto the ALCS. October 6th: The Mariners win a record 116 games to tie the 1906 Cubs for wins in a season!! October 5th: The Mariners win their 115th game to set an AL record for wins in a season!! September 28th: Carlos Guillen was diagnosed with Tuberculosis and will be out for at least a week :( Get well Carlos! September 19th: The Mariners win #106 and clich the AL West Title!! Way to go M's! September 18th: The Mariners win #105 with Freddys complete game shutout and they clich at least a tie for the AL West title. September 11th: All Games cancelled through Sunday due to terrorist attack on the USA September 7th: Ichiro broke the AL record for singles in a season by a rookie with 168 September 7th: Bret Boone sets a new AL record for homers by a 2B with 34 September 5th: Mariners Get their 100th win!! September 4th: Mariners clinch playoff spot September 1st: Jay Buhner came back July 10th: All Star Game in Seattle. 8 Mariners participated. AL won 4-1 :) July 9th: Home Run Derby, Bret Boone hits 3 home runs, but fails to move pass first round :( April 2nd: Mariners win first regular season game vs Oakland.
