| Born: 06/25/70 Birthplace: Golden Valley, MN, USA Height: 6'5" Weight: 218 Position: P Bats/Throws: Right/Right ML Debut: June 23, 1993 Aaron Sele was successful in his first season as a Mariners after leaving Texas. He was the first right handed pitcher from the Mariners to ever be an All Star. He won 17 games for the third consecutive season. This year he was the first pitcher to reach 8 wins. He has pitched well this year but hasn't gotten much run support. But its okay because they win games! Aaron finished last season with a dissapointing 15 wins, and 5 losses. He also failed to get a win in the playoffs. In the offseason he wasn't offered arbitration by the Mariners, and signed with Anaheim. Aaron Sele lives in Bellevue with his wife Jennifer and his daughet Katherine. He Attended Washington State University where he pitched three seasons with the cougars. |
