This isn't going to be a lengthy disclaimer. This won't be a letter to the makers of Gundam Wing to forgive me for using their fantastic creation for my non-profit, anti-misuse, and selfish purposes. Not that I don't think they'd care if I was making some money, but frankly, my fascination with the anime is anything but worth the lawsuit I could potentially face. Yes, the stories I have written are mine, in story line but not character profile, layout, or background. I did not create the original characters of Gundam Wing...because honestly, I'm not that talented.

Now, time for me to be a bit...interesting. So, if you're the type of anally retentive, blue suit, starched collar person, who is looking for someone to nail on this...sunny day...please, just satisfy your disclaimer tastes with my previous, much gentler approach to a disclaimer. (See Paragraph 1)

Who in their right mind would be able to sue a minor anyway? I'm friggin' 16, not 18+. So, numero uno, disclaimer or not...if I am not making money off of you people, you can't do squat to me. Why would you sue me anyway? You'd get a few pennies cuz I am as poor as they come. Wanna try me? I'm so poor...when I move, the only people that throw me a going away party are the roaches who lived in my box with me. This computer is my only possession...you wouldn't want to take it from me would you? Sure ya would. But you can't, because I am within bounds of your copyright. At least I think...

*Ahem*

On a personal note, I can't believe that an actual person would actually flip though the millions of Gundam Wing sites and come to this little site. I'm a pebble in a puddle next to a vast lake. Look around here, there are tons of us...that leaves you potentially millions of computers you could snag from some sad little fascinated teenager or younger kid someplace. Take it right out of their box...and not let it say goodbye to the roaches. Would you do that?

Let me tell you why. A big bad corporation snags some little punk online for being creative and writing stories about characters that it made up. Its on the front page of every paper, coast to coast. The corporation looks a little greedy, and in doing so...loses fans and worst of all--

That's the truth plain and simple. So do I think you guys want any of us fascinated folks? Nope. Frankly, you know better. Mess with one, you mess with them all and when you do that...it hits you where it counts--the pocket. We can't have that now can we? Nope.
