Letting Go of Negative Emotions

Start from a line you feel then go forward next three emotions, and then jump to the end ‘Positive Emotion.’

It’s OK to get angry, to blame, and to resent yourself and others in your mind.

It’s OK to be sad.

It’s OK to be afraid of something.

It’s OK to feel sorry.

It’s OK to be frustrated.

It’s OK to be disappointed.

It’s OK to worry about something.

It’s OK to be embarrassed.

It’s Ok to be jealous.

It’s OK to feel hurt.

It’s OK to be scared.

It’s OK to feel guilty, and to regret.

Now it’s the time to balance yourself.

So, it’s OK to love and forgive

Yourself and others.
