| Mages of Ki`Est And Their Ranks |
| The Mages of Ki`Est are expected to protect and heal the families that have come to depend upon Ki`Est for their survival. Each Mage must begin at level one, and work their way up a level at a time. To do so, one must prove they are loyal to the lands, they must train and defend. |

| Rank 1 Those Mages that have just joined, or are learning to fight.
Rank 2 Mages who have gone through 5 full hours of training with the Head or Asst Head Mage. Rank 3 Mages who have gone through 10 full hours of training with the Head or Asst Head Mage. Rank 4 Mages who have gone through 15 full hours of training with the Head or Asst Head Mage. Rank 5 Mages who have gone through 20 full hours of training with the Head or Asst Head Mage. Rank 6 Mages who have trained at least 20 hours and have defended the kingdom in battle. Rank 7 Mages who have trained at least 25 hours and have defended the kingdom in two battles. Rank 8 Mages who have trained at least 30 hours and have defended the kingdom in three battles. Rank 9 Mages who have shown their loyalty to the kingdom, that has gone beyond the call of duty, and has trained no less than 35 hours. Rank 10 These Mages have shown they are willing to spend their days keeping our lands safe from harm, having trained 40 hours and protected the kingdom from at least 5 battles. These will be the ones that are able to challenge for the Head Mage and Asst. positions or if need be, shall be the ones that shall be chosen from should the time arise that the position needs to be filled. Note to all Mages, Upon any and all deaths of your character, your rank shall be dropped two levels. At any time that you are gone for more than a week, without emailing the kingdom first, your level shall be dropped a level for each week. (In emergency cases, it will be up to the Head Mage, and the council if your level shall remain the same) Training consists of Classes, training; sparring and any other events that the Head Mage feels shall be beneficial to your learning. These training times shall consist of magic use and a small amount of hand-to-hand training. And one must be there on time and stay for the full hour to receive credit. Dates for training may be found at Ki`Est web site If special times are needed, or you just wish for more times, please speak with the Head Mage to set up a time. In the event that another higher level mage, or personal mage should be wishing to train another, allowances could be made if arrangements are discussed with a Council member first. |
