The Celebnoil, the most elite of the Kingdom of Ki`Est. The sworn guardians of the crown and the Kingdom. Not much is known about this tight niche of individuals, only that they would gladly lay down their lives for the crown or the Kingdom if need be. The Celebnoil is very mysterious in their ways -- either it be defending the land, the crown, or the Kingdom's interests. Some citizens, army personel and of the like, consider the Celebnoil to be some sort of cult, the Queen however, considers them the best and the elite. These elite individuals answer to no one but the Queen herself. No details are known about the ranks of the Celebnoil, only the titles and order of authority, and they are as follows:
