Meet the Characters

Kiesha. She's the observer, the narrator. Bad luck seems to follow her, whether it involves her water pipes bursting, or Greg bursting through her ceiling in his bathtub.

Melissa. An overworked assistant manager at Frigid Issue, a too-trendy clothing boutique, Melissa is staunch in her beliefs, which include feminism, vegetarinism and a unilateral ban on sweater vests. Bright, artistic and expressive, she isnt afraid to tell her boyfriend Marshall just who wears the taffeta in the family.

Marshall. New wave musician and conspiracy theorist, Marshall still firmly believes in supernatural crop circles, Lee Harvey Oswalds innocence and that the Beatles will somehow reunite.

BJ. The much put-upon self-proclaimed 'Bronze God' (he's a lifeguard in the summertime) who can't seem to get a break or a date.

There are several other characters who come and go, including Manny the poet/professional gift wrapper who is always handy to wax poetic on anything; Greg, the burly video-game addicted bar bouncer; and Evil Upstairs Neighbor, an international guy (we think he's from India...) who hasn't mastered the art of not stomping on the floor.
