Santa on radar!  Check out Norad tracking santa on their annual Santa tracking site...lots of other neat information about the jolly old elf.

Make magic Reindeer food:  You will need 1/2 Cup oatmeal, 1/2 Cup sugar, 1/4 Cup red or green sugar crystals or candy sprinkles, a zip lock bag, a stapler, remember to right click and save the tag graphic above to print out for you children to take their magic Reindeer food home to use on Christmas eve.
This is a fun activity to make and do on Christmas eve it's also a fun and easy craft for groups of children.  Just put the above items in a plastic zip-lock baggie.  Then staple the tag to the top of the baggie!  You can add a little glitter to the tag for added sparkle.
Do the Reindeer hokey pokey!  Just like the regular hokey pokey except...
You put your antlers in, you put your antlers out
You put your antlers in and you shake them all about
You do the Reindeer pokey and you turns yourself around
Thats what it's all about!
You put your hooves in, you put your hooves out...
You put your red nose in, you put your red nose out...
You put your fluffy tail in, you put your fluffy tail out...
You put your whole Reindeer body in, you put your whole Reindeer body out...
Christmas countdown:  You will need red and green strips of paper, stapler, tape, red and green squares of paper, gold and silver makers (or just a nice old black sharpie)
Make a paper chain link out of the strips of paper alternating colors.   You can either staple the rings or use the tape to secure them.  Write the number 1-24 or however many days are left until Christmas.  Allow your child or the children in your class to take turns removing one link from the chain each day until it's Christmas.
Cupcake ornaments:  You will need white or colored round christmas ornaments (balls), Chrismas cupcake liners, glue, candy sprinkles, ribbon.
Place a dab of glue on the bottom and sides of the cupcake liner then place the ball inside the liner.  Then place glue on spots on top of the ball and sprinkle with candy sprinkles (you could substitute glitter for candy sprinkles to avoid any critters from eating your ornaments while they are in storage during the rest of the year.)  Use ribbon or a hook to hang on the Christmas tree.
Edible Snowmen:  You will need 3 marshmallows, 2 pretzel sticks, 3 red hots, black good coloring and white frosting.
Using a toothpick, dot on eyes and a nose and a mouth on one marshmallow for the snowman's head.  Assemple the three marshmallows to assemble the body.  Using frosting glue on the red hots for buttons, stick the pretzels into the middle marshmallow on the sides for arms.  If you wanted you could use chocolate chips for eyes and mouth and maybe even a small splinter of a carrot for the nose.
