Terms and conditions of hire: (The word unit means any other inflatable if not a bouncy castle)
These are the terms and conditions of hire of a unit from Kidz Ltdz, please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you understand, acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set by Kidz Ltdz. Kidz Ltdz accepts no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire by you. Please be sure that the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the unit onto a clean flat surface free of sharp objects. Please be aware that if there is insufficient space or the ground is unsuitable (e.g. sloping or is unclean). Full payment still has to be made. Finally due to us having received several cheques returned unpaid we require cash payment only on all hires upon delivery. Kidz Ltdz bouncy castle hire reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time at the digression of the deliverer on delivery. Hires will not be undertaken in bad weather (e.g. raining or more than a light occasional shower- bookings will be cancelled due to safety reasons)
1. Units are strictly for children under 14 years old; under no circumstances may adults enter onto the unit as this may result in damage to the unit. The hirer must pay for any damage, in the agreement.
2. Children must remove their shoes and any sharp objects they may have on them before entering the unit. Children must be prevented from climbing up the walls and barriers of the unit as this may result in injury. Food, drink and pets are forbidden on all units.
3. The deliverer of the unit is to be paid in full on delivery for the unit; deposits are not refundable for late cancellations. No signs are to be glued to taped or hung on the unit at any time.
4. You (the hirer) are responsible for any injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire to you. If any cuts, grazes or rips become apparent do not use the unit and contact us immediately. We strongly advise you to take out public liability insurance, covering the unit, whilst it is on hire to you. For cover call Event Insurance on 01425 470360.
5. The hirer must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision of the children on the unit at all times. The slide must have two adults supervising at all times. The maximum amount of children on any inflatable at any one time is as follows: 15x15=10, 11x15=8, 12x12=8, 10x10=6 and the slide may ride 5.
6. The hirer must ensure the units are staked down at all times.
7. Only the delivery person of Kidz Ltdz is allowed to collect the unit, under no circumstances may the equipment be handed over to anyone other than the original deliverer.
Please sign and date to confirm that you have read and accepted the above conditions and that you have inspected the unit, and that it has been left with you without any existing damage or fault.
I understand and accept the above terms and conditions. I agree to pay for all damages should
any occur, that the collector may find on the unit.
