History |
|
In November 1994, a group of parents
planted the seeds of Kids World Day
Care Center. Six years later, we saw that what we
planted was bearing good fruits. Kids World Day Care Center
was converted into an equal opportunity center in 1999. All
types of children , regardless of their developmental level
are welcome. Children with special needs up to pre-adolescent
are also welcome. As an equal opportunity center we shall also
provide scholarships to children who may lack the means, but
whom we feel can benefit from our institution. |
|
| The
objective of Kids World Day Care is to
provide quality care in an environment that will stimulate physical,
intellectual, emotional and social growth of each child with
strong values and discipline orientation. |
|
| Kids
World Day Care Cooperative was registered with the Cooperative
Development Authority in November 1994. In 1997, Kids World
was awarded 4 star accreditation
by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Since 1994,
all of our regular program "graduates" have gone on to attend
the "big" schools such as Xavier School, ICA, Poveda, Jubilee
School and St. Jude. |

Philosophy |
 |
| It
is our philosophy that children matured in a Christian environment
learn to love and feel and grow into happy and secure individuals.
When children are happy and secure in their physical, intellectual,
emotional, social, and spiritual development will flourish best. |
|
|
Our goal is to have children experience early cultural exposure
(Asian and Western) to instill a feeling of inquiry and to improve
their self-image. We have therefore incorporated Chinese into
the curriculum. |
|
| We
strive to afford each child a happy relationship within his
own peer group. We aim to bridge the transition of your child
from the home to the big school. Our style is informal yet structured.
