Like every other home and business, Kid's Place, Inc. operates on a budget. Our policy concerning payment of tuition and fees enables us to count on receiving payments on time. Otherwise it becomes very difficult to make purchase and pay salaries- absolute requirments for our center to run smoothly, meet your expectations and support your child |

FULL TIME/PART TIME |
|
|
|
Kid's Place considers any child who is here from 4 to 10 1/2 hours a day as full time. If your child is here for more that 10 1/2 hours in a day you will be charged an overtime rate of $5.00 per day in addition to your normal weekly rate. Title XX may not pick up overtime charges, any charges not covered by Title XX will be the responsibility of the guardian/parent. A part time child is ne that attends any part of three days or less. Title XX only pays for time that a child is at daycare. If there is an extended period where the child will not attend Kid's Place, the parent/ guardian may be asked to pay privately to hold the spot open for the child. |

TUITION |

Childcare fees will be assessed on a weekly basis. The bills will be given to parents/guardians on Tuesday for the previous week of childcare. Please review the bill carefully and address any problems with the director. Bills presented on Tuesday are to be considered due and payable on Friday.
We accept payment in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or personal check. Bills will be considered delinquent after Friday. A $10 delinquency fee is charged for late payment. No child will be admitted to the program on Monday if the bill is unpaid.
If you have a problem with your payment, please talk to the director. We will make every effort to be helpful. In special circumstances, we may request that you not bring your child to Kid's Place until payment can be made. If your payments are not received within a reasonable time, then it will be necessary for us to turn your account over to a collection agency. |

RETURNED CHECKS |
|
|
|
In the event that your check is returned to Kid's Place, Inc. for nonpayment, we will make a second attempt to collect from your checking account. A fee will be charged for all returned checks. If we are still unable to collect, we will require a cashier's check, money order or other suitable means of payment for the rutruned check and applicable fees.
If there are repeated instances of returned checks, you may be required to pay with a cashier's check, money order or other acceptable payment option on an ongoing basis. |

LATE PICK-UP FEE |
|
|
|
Children become upset when parents are late picking them up. Additonally, when you are late, Kid's Place, Inc. faces staffing and licensing issues. As a result we charge a late pick-up fee of $5.00 per child for every 15-minutes or portion thereof past 6:00 PM. Repeated late pickups may result in exclusion from the program. For example, if you pick up at 6:02, you will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. Title XX does not pay for a late fee, therefore the responsible party will be responsible for late fees.
Licensing allows Kid's Place, Inc. to operate only within certain hours. If you are more than one hour late and Kid's Place, INc. has been unable to contact anyone listed on your child's enrollment forms, the law requires that we contact Social Services who pick up your child for safekeeping. |

REFERRAL PROGRAM |
|
|
|
In appreciation of your support, we offer a referral program. This enables you to earn a free day of childcare when you refer a friend who enrolls his or her child at Kid's Place, INc. YOur friend will also receive a free day. Before the free day is given the newly enrolled child must stay enrolled for at least 30 days. |

TAX RECORD |
|

The Federal ID number of Kid's Place, Inc. is 90-0045018. We will provide you with a tax statement at the end of the year. |
