Kid's Place, Inc. is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday (Easter), July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. When one of these holidays falls on a Saturday, we close on Friday. If the holiday falls on Sunday, we close on Monday. Holidays are not exempt from your child's regularly scheduled weekly tuition.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLOSINGS
When a holiday, snow day or other non-scheduled shool closing prevents your child from attending school, he or she may stay all day at Kid's Place, Inc.
FLEX DAYS
To accomodate parents' flexible schedules, we have developed a Flex Day Plan. If you enroll your child in our program 5 days a week, after 90 days, you will receive one flex day for each 8 consecutive on-time payments.. Flex days have no cash value. You can use your flex days when you need a day off due to illness, vacation, or holiday. If you wnat to use a flex day the Director needs to know, in writing, by the Friday of the week in whick you intend to use it. The director will keep a record of your days earned and used.
If you drop from Kid's Place and re-enroll at a later date, your flex days are lost. Flex days can be used one at a time or all at once. If you do not use all of your flex days in a year you may carry them over to the next year.
