Before your child joins Kid's Place, Inc. you need to complete a registraion form, parent agreement and medical forms. This information is important for the safety of your child and is kept confidential to Kid's Place, Inc. personnel and state licensing personnel.
A registration fee of $25.00 is required for each family. Registration fees are not refundable. If your child drops out and then re-enroll, the registration fee may be charged again.
