- Check this
site regularly to see if you are scheduled for a concert.
- When you are
scheduled for a concert you must either:
- Confirm that
you can work by clicking the blue, underlined, "Confirm by Month/Day".
This opens a new email addressed to Vicki ([email protected]).
Please include the name of the concert and any other important information
in your email. When I receive your email, I'll update the site and mark
you as "confirmed".
-OR-
- Find a replacement
using the secondary staff list. Email addresses are provided on the secondary
list. Phone lists were provided by email. If you need a phone list, contact
Vicki Martin @ [email protected].
- Send
an email to Vicki including which concert and who is replacing
you.
- The substitute
MUST also email Vicki to confirm the staffing change.
- Vicki
will update the Concert Schedule to reflect the staffing change.
Until the substitute
confirms the staffing change, the original scheduled person is still responsible
for working the concert.
Notes:
All replacements
must be TIPS trained. If you have exhausted the secondary staff list and cannot
find a replacement, please contact Kim Goodman. She may have other names for
you to call.
If there is an
emergency the day of a concert that prevents you from attending a concert, please
contact Vicki by phone as soon as possible so a solution can be reached.
If you do not
confirm by the date listed, you will be charged a $10 fee. Details below:
- You will have
a minimum of 1 week notice before the confirmation date. We will try to make
this longer when possible.
- If you are
working, you must confirm by email to Vicki by the confirmation date.
- If you are
replacing yourself, the replacement must be completed by the confirmation
date. If you have attempted to replace yourself and are still working on it,
notify Vicki by the confirmation date to get an extension. Basically,
just let me know what it going on. If you don't at least let me know by
the confirmation date, the fine will be charged.
- The fine is
per concert, per person.
- The monies
collected from the fines will go toward the concert for which they were charged
- it will be added to the tips and commission check.
If you were scheduled
for a concert, did not get a replacement, and did not come to the concert -
this is considered a no-show, and will result in you being placed at the bottom
of the secondary list. Repeated no-shows will result in dismissal.
If you know that
you are going to be out of town or without computer access for a period of time,
please let Vicki know so we can arrange another communication method.
