| 1. All E-Mailed picture entries must be in GIF, JPG, or JPEG form only. Please do not send any large files! Anything over 25% will be resized due to space availability. We have the right to resize any photo to fit our page. Please e-mail to [email protected] Please put your Child's name on your entry and the division you are entering. SAMPLE: RachelAnn-Glitz RachelAnn-Natural RachelAnn-SM 2. If sending pictures by snail mail, photos should be no larger than 8x10. And we are not responible for any damages in delivery or return. If you would like your pictures returned let us know when entering. Please send photos to: 3. Parent or Guardian of child must be the person submitting the photos. 4. Deadline to enter is the 15th of each month. All entrys received after the cut off date will be posted for the next months contest.. Winners will be posted on the first of each month. 5. You must fill out a Entry Form when sending your pictures. This entry form must include your name, child's name, age, birthday, and valid email. By sending us your child's photo you are giving us permission to use it on our web site in the future as well as in the monthly contest you are entering. 6. Judging is done by impartial Jugdes who will grade each main entry on a scale of 1 to 10 for several catagories and each optional pertaining to the catagories they are entered into. All Judges decisions are FINAL. 7. Pictures can be Color or Black and White, snap shot or professional....We have Headshot and Star Models Division in our contest...if you are not sure of the type picture to send for the division you are entering ...please email and we will be happy to help you :) 8. Winners may enter again the next month as long as the entered photo is different than any they have previously won with before. |
