| So your a Slipknot fan?! Well I'am ..and lately I've been finding out much more about my favourite band. Well if you would like to no what I no (and don't already no) go through this page and look at the things I've found out and thought were definetly worth mentioning. |

| Well I've based this part of my site on basically 3 members of Slipknot, Joey Jordison(1), Jim Root(4), and Corey Taylor(8) ...can you guess why? Well thats because these 3 memebers of Slipknot are now also members of other bands. Well thats not so special you say ..But what do you think makes Slipknot special? Could one of there special qualities be the fact that they all wear masks? Well for some people thats the case and by them wearing masks, it leaves everyone curious of there true identites. Well heres the special part, the 3 memebers I mentioned above are ..UNMASKED in there bands!! Crazzy isn't it?! Well you can look around to learn more about what I jus told you. |

| Its Murderdolls!! The side project band that includes my verry favourite member of Slipknot, Joey Jordison. Can you guess which one is him in the picture? Hes the on in the bottem right-hand corner. Well ..in Murderdolls, Joey takes a trip from his drumming career in Slipknot and plays guitar instead. Joey describes the music of this band to be the "polar opposite" to Slipknot. I red alot from a Murderdolls site, and I thought one thing that Joey said was pretty kool ..so I'll tell you: "While still being heavy, it's(Murderdolls) a breath of fresh air compared to what I normally do, because it's fun - it's cathchier, more easily digestable, and has that fun factor to it, and there's nothing wrong with that, because everything can't be so heavy and depressed all the time." |

| Its Stone Sour!! The band that the two member of Slipknot: Corey Taylor and Jim Root are involed in. In this band, Corey Taylor is still vocals and Jim Root is still playing the guitar. The difference ..well Corey chooses to use his voist alot more ..softly I guess you could say ..but softly I say when comparing it to Slipknot. What genre of music is Stone Sour you ask ..well I'll leave that up to Corey Taylor himself to tell you. (Quoted from a radio show) "It's real melodic - it's more hard rock, but it's still heavy, by all means....it's really heavy. But at the same time it's nowhere near as heavy as Slipknot is. This is more of like a Metallica meets Alice In Chains. It's really good stuff and I hope people dig it" Well in Val's opnion ..Corey is truely right when he said its nowhere near as heavy as Slipknot but who really wants 2 bands that sound exactly the same.
