Terms of Use

My terms are as follows:

1. Do not use my graphics on sites or in blogs or e-mails that PROMOTE hate, intolerance, racism, pornography, or drug use.

2.  You MUST have the "no right-click" and "no image toolbar" scripts on any pages that contain my graphics.  You can find the scripts at Dynamic Drive.

3.  Do not direct link or "hot link" the graphics on my site.  This is bandwidth theft, and it is illegal.  Download the graphics to your computer, then upload them to your site or blog.  If you are short on bandwidth, take advantage of the many sites that offer legal and free direct linking, such as PhotoBucket.

4.  If you use any of my backgrounds or websets on your site or blog, you MUST give credit, either through text or one of my linking logos, and provide a link to my site on the same page.  I have created linking logos for many of my backgrounds and all my websets for ease of use.  If you use any of my single graphics on your site or blog, you MUST link them to my website.  The link is:  http://www.geocities.com/kidmiff

5.  You MAY use my LINKWARE backgrounds, websets and graphics as e-mail stationery.  If you use my linkware in e-mail messages, please provide a text link to my site in the e-mail.  PURCHASEWARE is NOT to be used in e-mail messages.

6.  I reserve the right to alter my terms of use at any time.  These terms supercede any previous terms I have set forth in the past.
