This one's weird.  Its a China bootleg of a Taiwanese bootleg.  The original Taiwan bootleg came with the dino shells, used high quality plastic, and came in a box with great artwork.  The China one just copied artwork from the Taiwanese box and stuck it on a giant card.  Real crappy toy made out of real crappy plastic.
