You will notice that this figure was released on a different card.  However, all the guys still connect together so they were probably made by the same bootleggers.  I think they got in trouble for using the Liokaiser artwork so they just released the toys on a different card..  Drillhorn mixes the name of his "driller" vehicle form and his rhinoceros wepaon. 

the pictures aren't too clear but the bootleg is blue, not prurple.
