TORSO HORSE -
'IN MY HEAD'

The opening track to this Bridlington-based trio's debut 'Freak Show' album now has an accompanying video for everyone's sins. On the back of filming a promo vid for their 'Every Dog Has Its Day' anthem, they thought they could produce an even more terrifying vision of disorder and decadence, and wisely chose 'In My Head' to be the soundtrack to such an ambitious vision.
'In My Head' is my personal fave track from the album, and once you've heard the opening drum-beat, life might never be the same again, as frontman Adam's guitar riffage and vocals then fight for aural prominence. The bold video itself is - in fact, and no word of a lie - the most spectacular music promo vid I have ever seen, and if and when the lads get this intense beast regularly airing on the likes of MTV and Scuzz, their music will inevitably do the talking and make the band yet more well known both for their outstanding musical talent and their anti-apathy attitude that goes wherever they do with pride.
Directed by Adam Mason, the vid ain't for the faint-hearted or weak-willed as blood spurts, screams are more than heard - and the truth hurts.
And just like their album spawned their widely acclaimed 'Freak Show' tour, these three Goth-Metalheads are embarking on another tour naturally, their 'In Your Head' tour, which will take in Pickering's 'Monsters of Swill' festival, a skatepark fundraiser in Driffield and the odd gig and live radio slot in Hull to put their army of fans at ease.
So allow 'In My Head' to wreck havoc with yours, and be sure to check out their classy website while you're at it    (Steve Rudd)
