Never short-sighted, this is one of the �View�s most immediately catchy and anthemic songs to date with a lush acoustic guitar, upbeat drums, a melancholic piano exquisitely playing and mainman Rob McVey�s moodily downbeat, perfectly soulful vocals producing something of a trademark Emo-indie-rock sound.
If their sound is reminiscent of any UK band, it�s Lowgold, as the sublime pop energy bountifully beams in the sing-a-long-able chorus� �Waiting for hours� hours turn to days� days to years� I�m still here.�
