IICool Skins
If you use Internet Explorer 4 or above or Netscape Navigator 4.08 or above (excluding 6.0), you can customize the way your browser bar looks with a "skin". Here's a sample below of what the Too Cool skin would look like as your browser bar:
1. Go to http://www.hotbar.com and load the Hotbar utility if you haven't done so already.
2. Click on the skin you want. This will open up another window with the skin in it's full size.
3. Save the skin (make sure it's in it's .bmp format) to your machine. You have to save it to: C:\Program Files\Hotbar\
4. Click on the the "Hotbar" button on your browser bar and select "My Collection". Or, you could go to back to www.hotbar.com and click on "My Private Collection" and you will see a preview of the skin.
5. Click on the skin you want. In a few seconds, it'll be the new skin for your browser!
