To use the icons, right click on them and then go to "save as." Save the picture in your AIM picture folder (normally in Windows-AIM-User Name-Pictures).

Open up AIM and go to My AIM-Edit Options-Edit Preferences. The Preference window will open and then click the Buddy Icon tab at the top.

Click 'browse' and then find the picture file. Select the picture file and you should be good to go.

AIM does shrink down all images to their normal size so you don't have to worry about resizing them.
