All Japan Matchlists These matchlists should be listed in the same order that they appear on the page. I would list them in chrono order, but it's easier on the eyes if the same type of shows appear together, like all the AJ Classics together. Comments in green have been made by someone else (likely Drakkhim or PWVideos), and comments made in orange are by me. I've likely seen the matches in green, but sometimes someone else just makes a better comment than me.
All Japan TV 3/12/1989 (55 mins.)

Road Warriors/Genichiro Tenryu vs. Jumbo Tsuruta/Yoshiaki Yatsu/Shunji Takano NWA 6-Man Tag Titles
All Japan TV 6/11/1989 (50 mins.)
Sting vs. Dan Spivey
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Genichiro Tenryu Triple Crown Title ****3/4 (this match ranks in the top five best All Japan singles matches of the 80s... maybe in the top three. Great 20+ minute bout in which Tenryu wins the Triple Crown. Best match of their feud)
All Japan TV 1/14/1990 (50 mins.)
British Bulldogs vs. Isao Takagi/Akira Taue
Yoshiaki Yatsu/Shunji Takano vs. Abdullah The Butcher/Ivan Koloff
Jumbo Tsuruta/Great Kabuki/Tiger Mask II vs. Genichiro Tenryu/Ricky Fuyuki/Toshiaki Kawada **** (Very awesome six-man tag with Kabuki and Tenryu having more heat with each other than what Tsuruta and Tenryu has. At one point, Kabuki just blasts Tenryu with strikes and he sells them like dream. Lots of fun!)
All Japan TV 1/21/1990 (50 mins.)
Kenta Kobashi vs. Randy Rose
British Bulldogs vs. Bobby Fulton/Tommy Rogers
Genichiro Tenryu/Ricky Fuyuki vs. Jumbo Tsuruta/Tiger Mask II

Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat 6/4/82 NWA World Heavyweight Title (one of the earlier matches of the Flair/Steamboat saga. Both men are very young here and work a great match)
Ric Flair vs. Jumbo Tsuruta 6/8/82
Giant Baba vs. Terry Gordy 2/28/82 Atlanta, GA
Terry Funk/Dick Slater vs. Jerry Lawler/Don Diamond 2/20/82, St. Petersburg, FL
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Mil Mascaras 7/30/82 (decent match, goes to a draw. Imagine that, Mil Mascaras not wanting to lose)
All Japan Classics #47
Ric Flair vs. Bruiser Brody 2/11/1983 Saint Louis, MO 2/3 Falls NWA Title (This one goes to a 60:00 draw. Very impressive. The original footage is a little less than perfect and you can see very minor faults on certain camera angles. Totally watchable however, and very enjoyable)
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Hercules Hernandez 1/7/1983
Jimmy Garvin vs. David Von Erich 6/17/1983 Fort Worth, TX. WCCW Texas Title (I haven't gotten to watch most of this tape.....but how is this AJPW? Same for Flair and Brody, especially when the matches took place in the US. Mystery of life I guess)
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Tommy Rich 2/25/1983 UN Title
Tommy Rich vs. The Great Kabuki 3/2/1983
All Japan Classics #58
Dory Funk Jr. vs. Stan Hansen 4/26/1984 (At the end of the match, Bruiser Brody comes out from what seems to be nowhere, and annihilates Dory with Hansen's help. Awesome!)
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Rick Martel 5/13/1984 St. Paul, MN AWA World Title
Stan Hansen vs. Giant Baba 7/31/1984 PWF Title
Harley Race vs. Ric Flair 5/22/1984
Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Kerry Von Erich (This is the infamous match where Jumbo goes nuts and starts stomping Kerry's hand therefore making him unable to execute the discus punch. I'll bet this was good old Fritz's plan as his son would drop the NWA Title to Flair only two days later (ON THE NEXT TAPE! Episode #59). Word has it that Fritz talked about Kerry's loss on WCCW TV as if he'd been screwed by the Japanese ref and Jumbo himself!)
All Japan Classics #59

Stan Hansen/Bruiser Brody vs. Giant Baba/Dory Funk Jr. 826/1984 PWF Tag Title
Great Kabuki vs. Umanoseke Ueda 6/5/1984

Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Genichiro Tenryu 4/19/90 (according to Tabar, this is the last meeting between Tenryu and Tsuruta, and possibly Tenryu's last AJ match before forming SWS. An angle is run with Hansen taking out Tenryu before the match and then challenging Tsuruta)
All Japan Commercial 9/3/94 (1 hr.)

AJPW New Year's Giant Series 1997

Hiroshi Hase vs. Kentaro Shiga
Akira Taue vs. Jun Akiyama
AJPW October Giant Series 1998
Mitsuharu Misawa/Takao Omori vs. Kenta Kobashi/Jinsei Shinzaki (This isn't a whole match, it's JIP and clipped on different points....the only real point to it is that Kobashi debuts THE BURNING F'N HAMMER!!!! and pins Misawa, setting up the next match)
Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Kenta Kobashi Triple Crown ****3/4 (This is a very good and entertaining match and both guys hit almost all of their special moves.....their match from NY Giant Series 97 is better, but you can't go wrong here either)
