Last nights show at Paladino's Club in Tarzana, CA truly rocked & thank you to all of you who braved the weather to make it out to the show. All the bands did a great job and the sound & lighting at the club was great as well. As of the members of KICK, well, they definitely KICKED it up a notch or 3 last night. Edward's drumming was rhythmic genius keeping the songs tight all night long. David's bassmanship was poetry as was Don E's guitar virtuosity. Julie on the keybaord was a thing of beauty (but that should be a given cuz SO is she a true beauty and talented too :D). Then there is Darryl, what can I say about Darryl?
OH.............MY............GAWD................(Insert happy, skipping, jumping & screaming here) WOW, He did an amazing JOB last night. His energy, his vocals, his stage presence were SO much fun that it was hard to sit still. (okay, some of us couldn't contain our enthusiasm, and spontaneously had to get up & dance, even if it was spastically). It can probably be said that Darryl made fans of men & women alike like night. GREAT SHOW!
