| On May 12, 1996, I lost my beloved sister April to cardiomyopathy. She had battled her "broken heart" for more than six years before she was taken to her final resting place. Before she died, she moved from the United States to Canada with her husband. When she left, she had been on the heart transplant list in the US for years. She was placed on the transplant waiting list in Canada, but time was not on her side. She lost her battle before a new heart was available for her. It was her only hope. So tell me...
