| Sit cross-legged. Relax all of your muscles and close your eyes. Clear your mind and focus one a single thing. You see alot of people in movies and etc. humming this is to help them focus on one thing. If you have something you wish to focs on, focus on that, but clear your mind of everthing else. Try to make your focal point something like a sound. Usually you need complete silence for this. If you can't think of anything to focus on, try to focus on your breathing, or your ki flow. |
