| Mana is external energy. It is any energy that you recive that you don't take into your Tan-tien. Mostly used in Genki Dama and any Dark Energy attacks. Pretty much all you do when gathering mana is, instead of gathering into your Tan-tien first, you gather into your hands, or whatever part you need to use. |
