Ki Meditation:
This is a personally made technique that is very efective if done in with practice.

First off, start in the meditation pose, do your ki breathing. Lay back, keeping your legs crossed, and close your eyes. Relax completely and let your arms fall to your side, or put them on your stomach.

Now do your normal ki breathing again, feeling energy flowing all around your body. If done correctly, the room will heat up. Don't expect results on the first shot.
