| This is a relativley simple technique. A guy taught this to me and I wish I could remember his site. If you see this and think it's you, E-mail me. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Close your eyes if you want. Breath in through your nose, and when you do, close your mouth and press your tounge on the top of your mouth directly behind your teeth. Imagine ki flowing up from your feet into your Tan-tien. When you breath out, breath out through your mouth. Open your mouth and lower your tounge as you do. When you do, imagine your Tan-tien growing. If done correctly you may feel a jolt of energy or feel hyper. After awhile, this will become natural for you. |
