Grounding:
This is pretty easy from the start. Just imagine your energy becoming one with the ground, let your feet are deep in the ground.

If that doesn't work, just imagine your feet like a tree's roots. The idea is for the energy you use to not be completley yours, that you take some from the Earth, so you don't over-exert yourself.

If you don't ground yourself, a lot of negetive effects will take place.

On some smaller cases, you'll feel dizzy, out of breath and weakend.
On larger cases, you'll get sick, pass out, vomit, etc.
I know from experience. I've had a severe cold for a while after performing a difficult attack.
