All Ki should be taken very seriously, no matter how much control you think you have over it. If you are just starting out, stay in the 'Beginer's' section, if you're pretty good, work from there to the 'Intermediate' section, and if you feel you're good enough, go on to the 'Advanced'. I highly recoomend you do not try to overwork yourself, it hurts. Alot.
