This step is all about learning how to hit someone. As any good martial artist knows, everytime you have to touch a opponents body, it should be a strike, even if your blocking. |

Punch! |
|||||||||
A basic punch is a semi usefull attack, though I dont recomend punches tooo much. A punch is performed by striking with your front 2 knucles closest to your thumb, and striking to soft spots on the body, unless you have conditioned your body in the iron palm training. A punch should be used when your EXTREMELY close to your opponent. |

Kick! |

My favorite kick is a front kick, which is performed by striking the belly, chest, knee, shin, or face of your opponents body with the balls of your feet. You just pick your leg up like your standing on one leg, then snap it out and back, then set it down. |

Ki punch! |
|||||||||
First youd power up, then send all the ki youve built up into your fist and feel the heat in your hand from all the ki in your fist, then guide and compress the ki into your knuckles. Then, when you strike, release the ki into the persons body, and visualize the ki tearing a whole through the opponents sheild or aura. |

Ki kick! |

DO the exact same thing as youd do for your ki punch, but guide the energy to the balls of your kicking foot. |
