Ki Power-Up!

Warning!!! This technique is very dangerous use at your own risk!!! It is for advanced KI practitioners only!!!
Now for the technique. First go into a semi-hoarse or hoarse stance. Next feel out the energy in your Tan Tien. Next you will want to slowly pull this energy out and have it fill your body. Visualize it making you stronger. (This can be accomplished by having the KI move into the muscles with the intent of making you stronger and faster) I usually just visualize it filling my body. If you want you can experiment and try having the KI surround you in a flame like the ones in Dragon Ball Z. (But remember this is very dangerous, I have subconsciously powered-up and caused my veins to bust and my arms to bleed. So be warned) Now to go back to normal start deep belly breathing while trying to relax, as you do this visualize the KI going back into your Tan Tien. (Do not hold this power-up for longer than perhaps 5 minutes on your first try and even after training for long periods don�t hold it for more than 15 minutes, It will jack up your body) This is an attack technique and it also helps you to learn how to control KI.
