KI Running!

This week we are learning about KI running. Now this tech will be hard to control and use the first few times you use it. Now to do it you will need to start walking forward then send KI to your legs and feet to make you traval forward at a longer distance. As this is happening remember that if each step you took made you traval 10 feet youd traval alot faster.  Soon you each step will make you traval around 10 feet then you can try to do 15 feet or 20 feet. Remember the first few times you do this you might fall down or trip because of all the energy. But pretty soon you will get it.
