Flowing sheild!

    Remember I have nothing to do with what you use these techs for. This tech can be named many things from the flowing sheild, to the offensive sheild, but for simplicity today, we will just call it the sheild. To use this tech all you have to do is make a sheild around your target, whether it be an enemys sheild, to a patients injured leg or hand, or whatever. YES thats right, you would be making a sheild around your opponent, thats the devious part. For attack, youd make the sheild but make the INSIDE reflective, so his attacks bounced back at him, and the out side almost like a maginifying glass, so attacks useing ki would become MUCH stronger. For healing, youd do the same thing, BUT send healing ki energy in a beam to the sheild then the reflective inside would keep the healing energy bouncing onto the injurie.
