Anti Burn Out Guide!

Brought to you by: Aaron Jones

Your probably thinking right now to yourself, "Whats burn out?". Well burn out is what happens to an energy user, ki,majick, psi, or anything else, becomes to tired and cant handle the energy and shuts down. It takes a long time to heal from burn out, and burn out just       plain sucks. Your body is technically fried in this state. You cant use energy enough to help you or any one else, so you couldnt even make a sheild. So this state is also VERY dangerous for the energy user. Youll also begin to get sick easier, because your body cant stabilize, and all this happens if you train to hard, and you get too much energy into your body at once. Thats why my, and many others motto is BURN OUT SUCKS!

The best way to prevent burn out is too pace your self. But if your like me, you dont have time to pace your self, hehehe. So what can you do when your all tuckered out, and you lost the ability too use ki, you ask? Well, you follow this regiment.
Foods to eat and how to eat:
1. If you watch tv and eat at the same time, stop. If your brain and stomach is working at the same time you cant take in as much ki energy from your food.
2. While eating, concentrate on the idea that all food has the ability to attract ki energy. Being aware of this will increase the provision of ki energy.
3. Eat foods that have a particular influence on cerebral activity; Fish, green vegetables, carrots, soya, liver, yogurt, wheat germ, melon, eggs, and any other foods you find recommended in books on diet.

Techniques to use:
1. Trees that dont lose there leaves, especially ever greens like pines and thuyas (white pine, spruce, cedar, ect) radiate pure ki energy. So occasionally go and touch the tips of the needles with your finger tips, and summon small amounts of ki from the tree. (Especially the thumb and index finger) Concentrate hard on the energy of the tree as it flows into your system. IF YOU ARE BURNED OUT DONT SEND THIS ENERGY TO YOUR TAN TIEN, AND DONT TAKE IN ALOT ONLY A LITTLE BIT! If you do this tech every day for two or three weeks, youll soon feel the added ki energy circulating through your system. Your energy and endurance will slowly but steadly increase back to 100% if you use this tech and follow my other directions.

2. When we are resting, our respiration is slow and regular. When we move, we need a greater quantity of oxygen to supply our blood, and our respiration accelerates naturally. Here are a few breathing exercises that should have a positive effect on your store of ki energy. Breathe deeply, counting to four. Now exhale slowly, counting to ten. Repeat this exercise six times a day for two or three weeks, then move up to twelve times a week for 3 weeks. When you reach to the twelve times a week part, add this visualization tech. Close your eyes. Now start by making the sun appear in your mind. Imagine that maginificant brilliant sphere over your head, and every time you exhale, imagine that the spheres rays spread down into your body from the crown of your head. When you breath in, keep visualizing the sun above your head as you did at the beggining.

3. This next tech was taught to me by Whitjaso, a VERY smart guy. Start by standing up and totally relaxing. next slowly raise your hands up over your head making almost a circle over your head, palms down finger tips touching, make sure the elbows are bent. Now slowly push your hands down in front of your body pushing the ki in your head into your Tan Tien. This will clear the ki out of your mind, and help you to clear up from burn out. If there is too much ki in your head, you can go crazy, or start acting weird. So make sure you practice this tech 2 times a day for a week, while your clearing up from burn out.

4. General meditation. Focus all attention on your breath. Concentrate on the mechanics of breathing. Note how the breath comes and goes. As the breath enters and leaves the nostrils, feel the expansion and contraction of the lungs. Focus on the awerness of breathing. Remove all other thoughts and feelings from your awareness. Observe this natural life process. Do not try to change it. Merely be with it. Let yourself receive the changing sensations that accompany this process. As you inhale and exhale, one breath at a time, let it happen by itself, if it is deep, let it be deep. If it is slow let it be slow. If it is shallow, let it be shallow. If you sense your mind is interfering with this process, just focus on the inhalation and exhalation. Be one with your breath. Nothing else matters. Observe the uniqueness of each breath, observe, dont analyze. Note the changing sensations. Be one with the breath. Ignore all other functions of your body. Remove all thoughts from your mind. You are the breath. be one with the breath. You are now floating with the universe. As the wind carries a feather, you are being carried by your breath. Notice how the distracting thoguhts fade. How they become meaningless. All that matters is that you breathe. You are your breath. Be one with your breath. Let go of the body. Feel as if you have no body. You are weightless, as is your breath. You are floating in the universe. You are at peace with the universe. You are one with the universe. Notice how relaxed you are, now that you are free of the confines of your body. You are totally one with the universe. There is no where to go, no one is expecting you. You have no schedule or dead line. You are free. Enjoy this moment, for you are one with the universe. Be quiet. Merge with the universe. Do not cough or move. Be still. You are consciousness. Let go of all fear and doubt. Let go of all thoughts. Do not try to control your feelings. Just be free and one with your consciousness. You have no body, you have no limitations. You are one with your conscousness. You are one with the universe. Let each moment occur by it self. Observe it and enjoy these intervals of time. Do not resist this merging with your consciousness. You are now nothing but consciousness. (Play New Age music for 15 minutes.) Now its time to return to your body. Again concentrate on breathing. Now note the other functions of your body. Slowly open your eyes and do what you feel is important at this time.

5. Make sure you get lots of sleep. If you can sleep all day, and stay up at night for about 3 or 4 hours, the back to bed, for about 2 days, then go back to regular sleeping habits, then back and forth.
