To start with go into a hoarse stance. Next tense all your muslce. Begin flowing KI out of your Tam Tien and have it push on your muslces. Begin pushing the KI through and have your KI pulling and pushing your muslce.Be carful as you do this because it can pull your muslces and injure you in many ways. So please be careful.
